Initially featured on the prominent hip hop website "DJBOOTH.NET" on March 17th, 2009 as a buzz single and promotional move for his 10-week series on the site, Young Son has decided to go with the Izzy (for Groundwork Productions) produced record "Success Is..." as the debut single from his upcoming independent album "Dreamer's Poetry", scheduled for release Late Summer/Early Fall 2009. The song's subject matter reflects on the feelings of many aspiring artists and musicians who spend hours upon hours striving for their dreams of success while balancing their plights out with the everyday life of a regular human being. Through everything, what keeps them going is knowing "Success Is But A Breath Away". Richard Spadine for DJBOOTH.NETdubbed the record "a rare glimpse into the superhuman grind of indie artists everywhere."
